Sensitive Care uses a diagnodent laser system to help determine whether decay is present on the chewing surfaces of your teeth. The laser is held over a stained or suspicious-looking area.

To aid the dentist in determining If decay is present, the laser shows a number on the screen. If the number is above 30 the tooth should be restored.
