Dr. Rainey has wanted to work with people ever since she can remember. She has always excelled in the sciences and loves working with her hands, thus dentistry was the perfect mix of the two. She went on to attend the number one ranked university in the nation, University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, where she received extensive honors. The Nicholas J. Piergrossi Award for overall academic excellence, the American Academy of Dental Practice Award for superior leadership skills and efficiency at four handed dentistry, and the Olmstead Prize in Geriatrics for her unparalleled ability to communicate with patients, regardless of their age, while making them feel comfortable and confident. It is extremely important to her to maintain her continuing education courses, allowing her to be up to date on the latest technological advances. In addition, Dr. Rainey is among the few dentists to have received advanced, hands-on training in cosmetics with the Hornbrook Group, delivering uncompromising aesthetics and function in order to improve your smile. Furthermore, she is a certified Invisalign provider. Invisalign allows tooth movement to occur with virtually invisible aligners, which is an extremely exciting benefit to patients.

Dr. Rainey’s favorite thing about being a dentist is having someone tell you that you have changed their life, giving them more confidence and self-assurance, through a better a smile. Since a very young age, Dr. Rainey has been working with children. She was a nanny for many years and loves to spend time with kids, young and old. She now has two of her own, McKenna and Addelyn and thinks there is nothing better than her family. In her spare time, she enjoys volleyball, tennis, skiing, writing and drawing.
