C, Calcium-phosphate. The enamel of your teeth is the hardest substance in the human body, it is a crystalline calcium-phosphate, which develops before it erupts into your mouth as a child.

D, All of the above. The preservation of good oral health hinges on your effort in maintaining it. At-home oral hygiene habits along with regular dental visits reduce the presence of bacteria in your mouth, resulting in the reduced chance of gum disease and tooth decay.

D, A and C. The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends that you visit the dentist at least twice a year for a dental checkup and cleaning. Additionally, your local dentist may recommend more frequent visits based on your oral health.

D, 600 or more. There are at least 600 microorganisms that have been identified in the mouth, which means oral hygiene is vital to keeping your oral cavity clean.

B, 2 to 102 years old. Please be aware of your toddlers teeth if fluoride treatments begin to show fluorosis, white horizontal lines on the teeth. If this the case, refrain the child from using fluoride until a later date once their permanent teeth have developed further.
